Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work and are committed to your satisfaction. If you're not happy with the completed service, please contact us within 7 days of collection to discuss your concerns.

Service Adjustments

If adjustments are needed after service completion, we're happy to make reasonable corrections at no additional charge, provided you contact us within 7 days of collection. This applies to work that doesn't meet the agreed specifications.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Service cancelled before work commences: Full refund
  • Work that doesn't meet agreed specifications: Partial or full refund at our discretion
  • Errors on our part: Full refund and correction of work

Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed work that meets agreed specifications
  • Change of mind after work has been completed
  • Work required due to client-provided incorrect information

Collection Policy

Completed garments should be collected within 30 days of completion notification. Items not collected within 90 days may be subject to storage fees or disposal.
